A non refundable application/registration fee of 95 (GBP) plus a deposit fee of 200 (GBP) is required when making an application online or to our program staff overseas.

Therefore on Registration you will Pay 295 (GBP).

Step 1:

Fill the online application form. This is located in the "Registration" tab and. Enter all required fields.

Step 2:

Log in to the email account you provided and Make payment through the options provided in your email. Payment of registration fee and the deposit fee should be made within 72 hrs of registration.

On your profile in the Volunteer Network, you will receive your Volunteer Kit for download, which includes:-

Volunteer guide- contains pre-departure, arrival, and country details.

Terms of Participation- This will be required signed at the registration desk in Nairobi, Kenya. You will also need to provide other several items attached:

• Two passport size pictures (color).
• A copy of your passport – 1 to 3 pages showing your name, age and picture, passport expiry date and the Kenyan visa.
• The receipt with you (from your bank, our email or from our UK staff acknowledging payment).

Please note that you will not be allowed to participate without having the above listed items.

Step 3:

Clear your balance. The remaining amount is payable 7 days before arrival or otherwise specified in the Terms of Participation. Payment options  are provided in your account.

You Balance will be the cost of your program less 200 (GBP) that you paid as Deposit.
